Befar Group Co.,Ltd. (SSE: 601678) has announced the final pricing for its H-share offering.

The company has set the final issue price at HK$3.48 per H-share, which excludes various fees such as a 1% brokerage commission, a 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, a 0.00565% SEHK trading fee, and a 0.00015% FRC transaction levy.

The H-shares from this offering are expected to commence trading on the Main Board of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited on July 10, 2026.
