A new photovoltaic project quota in Hebei Province is set to be allocated.

According to information from Digital New Energy DataBM.com, the Zhangjiakou Municipal Energy Bureau in Hebei Province publicly announced on June 24th the photovoltaic projects proposed for inclusion in the provincial annual development and construction plan.

As per the announcement, only the 300,000-kilowatt corridor-style photovoltaic project along the entire Shawei Railway has been shortlisted.

It is understood that this project is located in Yu County, Zhuolu County, and Huailai County within Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province, with a total installed capacity of 300MW.

The project entity is Datang Jiantou (Yu County) New Energy Co., Ltd..

Corporate records show that Datang Jiantou (Yu County) New Energy Co., Ltd. was established in August 2025, with a registered capital of 500,000 yuan. The legal representative is Wang Yuchun, and its business scope includes solar power generation technical services and the manufacturing of photovoltaic equipment and components.

Based on ownership structure analysis, Datang Jiantou (Yu County) New Energy Co., Ltd. is a joint venture established by Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. and Zhangjiakou Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd.. Datang International Power Generation Co., Ltd. holds a 51% stake, while Zhangjiakou Construction Investment Group Co., Ltd. holds the remaining 49%.
