G-III Apparel Group's stock surged 8.15% in pre-market trading on Friday, following the release of its first-quarter financial results and forward-looking guidance.
The apparel company reported Q1 sales of $536 million and net income of $66.5 million. Additionally, management provided optimistic full-year outlooks, including adjusted EBITDA guidance of $178-$182 million, net income guidance of $171-$175 million, and adjusted net income guidance of $95-$99 million.
The positive market reaction was also fueled by expectations for the second quarter of fiscal year 2027, with net sales projected to be approximately $570 million, indicating continued growth momentum for the company.
