United Company RUSAL, international public joint-stock company, announced on 29 April 2026 that its 2025 Consolidated Annual Report is now available in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.rusal.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Shareholders who have previously opted for digital delivery can, at any time, request printed copies in English, Chinese or both languages at no cost. To obtain a hard copy, investors should complete the enclosed request form and return it to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Hongkong Managers and Secretaries Limited, at Units 1607-8, 16/F, Citicorp Centre, 18 Whitfield Road, Causeway Bay, Hong Kong, or send an email to registrar@hkmanagers.com.

The company also allows shareholders to change their preferred method of receiving future corporate communications—switching between digital and print, or altering language choice—by notifying the registrar via mail or email.
