Financial Street Securities Co., Limited (formerly known as 恒泰證券股份有限公司) (Stock Code: 01476) issued a supplemental notice dated 10 November 2025 regarding its 2025 fourth extraordinary general meeting (EGM). According to the notice, the EGM will proceed as scheduled on 25 November 2025 at 10:00 a.m., to be held at 12/F, Tower B, Desheng International Center, No. 83 Deshengmenwai Street, Xicheng District, Beijing, the People’s Republic of China.

Those who have already submitted the original proxy form may submit a second proxy form if necessary, following the time and registration requirements set out in the supplemental notice.
