On December 16, HARBIN BANK announced that it has received the "Approval for Amendments to the Articles of Association of Harbin Bank Co., Ltd." issued by the Heilongjiang Regulatory Bureau of the National Financial Regulatory Administration. The revised articles have been officially approved.

HARBIN BANK stated that with the approval and effective date of the amended articles, the company's Supervisory Committee and its specialized subcommittees will be dissolved accordingly. Governance documents such as the "Rules of Procedure for the Supervisory Committee of Harbin Bank Co., Ltd." will also be abolished. Current supervisors Zhao Baocai, Jiang Yongmei, Wang Yuanfang, Chen Wei, Jiang Minghui, Li Zhaohua, and Sun Yi will no longer serve in their roles.
