MINIMAX-W (00100) opened sharply higher, gaining over 4%. At the time of writing, the stock was up 4.55% to HKD 1080, with a turnover of HKD 137 million.

The movement follows news of a collaboration between MiniMax and Tencent Cloud. According to an announcement, the two companies recently completed a significant practice in Agent infrastructure. Leveraging Tencent Cloud, MiniMax has begun deploying a large-scale Agent RL Sandbox capable of handling million-level throughput and hundred-thousand-level concurrency. This system has achieved stable full-capacity operation in testing environments.

This development enhances MiniMax's reinforcement learning framework, enabling "instant environment startup and immediate deletion after use" in large-scale Agent training scenarios. The result is faster, more stable training at a lower cost.

In a separate notable development, MiniMax recently announced that it has received approval from The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong. The company will no longer be classified as a non-commercialized company but will instead be recognized as a commercialized company. Following this approval, the company's stock ticker will no longer carry the "P" suffix.

According to previously disclosed financial results, the company reported total revenue of $79.038 million for 2025, representing a significant year-on-year increase of 158.9%. Over 70% of this revenue was generated from international markets. Gross profit reached $20.079 million, a substantial increase of 437.2% compared to the previous year. The gross profit margin improved to 25.4%.
