Milan Station schedules 25 June 2026 AGM; seeks 20% share issuance mandate, 10% buy-back limit and re-elects long-serving INED

Milan Station Holdings proposes several routine authorisations and board changes at its annual general meeting set for 25 June 2026 in Hong Kong.

Key agenda • Board composition: Independent non-executive directors Mr Chan Chi Hung (in post since 2015) and Mr Choi Kam Yan, Simon will stand for re-election.
