Allied Sustainability and Environmental Consultants Group Limited (AEC Group) signed a second supplemental agreement with its placing agent on 2 June 2026, extending the long stop date for its planned share placement from 2 June 2026 to 23 June 2026.

The placement, first announced on 22 April 2026 and amended on 12 May 2026, involves issuing up to 146.64 million new shares under the company’s existing general mandate. The extension aims to provide the placing agent with additional time to secure investors.

Except for the revised timetable, all commercial terms and conditions of the original placing agreement remain unchanged. Completion of the placement continues to depend on meeting the agreement’s conditions precedent.

AEC Group cautioned shareholders and potential investors that the placement may or may not proceed and advised exercising prudence in trading the company’s shares.

The board is chaired by Executive Director Ms. Kwok May Han Grace, with Mr. Wu Dennis Pak Kit serving as Chief Executive Officer. Independent Non-Executive Directors are Ms. Wong Yee Lin Elaine, Mr. Li Wing Sum Steven, and Ms. Lam Ka Lai.
