Jardine Matheson Holdings Limited announced that it repurchased 30,000 ordinary shares on Jul, 31 2026 at a price of US$66.608 per share.

The shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 293.947976 million ordinary shares in issue, each carrying one vote. Jardine Matheson confirmed it holds no treasury shares following the transaction.

Shareholders can use the updated total voting rights figure to determine any required disclosures under the Financial Conduct Authority’s Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
