DC Holdings releases SGM circular online, schedules electronic meeting for 26 June 2026

Digital China Holdings Limited (DC Holdings) has published the bilingual circular and notice for its upcoming Special General Meeting (SGM) on both the company website (www.dcholdings.com) and the HKEX website (www.hkexnews.hk).

The SGM will be conducted entirely by electronic means on Friday, 26 June 2026 at 11:00 a.m., immediately after conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting, which is set for 10:30 a.m. the same day.

Future corporate communications will be distributed primarily via email notice or postal notification of web publication. Non-registered shareholders may opt to receive hard-copy documents by completing and returning the request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, or by emailing dcholdings-ecom@vistra.com.

Enquiries can be directed to Tricor’s hotline at (852) 2980 1333 during business hours, Monday to Friday, excluding Hong Kong public holidays.
