WHARF HOLDINGS (00004.HK) Announces Retirement of Independent Non-Executive Director Richard Yat Sun Tang at 2026 AGM

The Wharf (Holdings) Limited has disclosed that Independent Non-executive Director Richard Yat Sun Tang will retire by rotation at the Annual General Meeting scheduled for 14 May 2026 and will not stand for re-election. His directorship will therefore conclude at the close of that meeting.

Mr. Tang joined the Board in 2021. According to the filing, he has no disagreement with the Board and is not aware of any matters that require shareholder attention in connection with his retirement. The Board expressed its gratitude for his contributions during his tenure.

Following the retirement, the Board will comprise five Executive Directors—Stephen T. H. Ng, Paul Y. C. Tsui, Y. T. Leng, Kevin K. P. Chan and Kevin C. Y.
