TOP EDUCATION (01752) announced that, effective from November 21, 2025, due to internal restructuring and reallocation of management functions, Ms. Ying Min will step down as the company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange Listing Rules. Ms. Yu Yanli and Ms. Huang Yachan have been appointed as joint company secretaries. Ms. Huang has also been designated as the authorized representative and an additional authorized representative under Rule 19.05(2) of the Listing Rules and Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of Hong Kong Law) to receive legal documents and notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong.
