DRINDA (02865) rose more than 13% in Hong Kong trading. At the time of writing, the stock was up 12.65% to HK$39.54, with a turnover of HK$289 million. The rally follows positive developments in space computing. xAI, a startup affiliated with Elon Musk, announced a new computational partnership with Anthropic. Under the agreement, xAI will provide Anthropic with access to Colossus 1. Anthropic plans to use the additional computing power to directly enhance service capabilities for Claude Pro and Claude Max users. The collaboration between SpaceX and Anthropic also includes a shared vision for space-based computing. Anthropic expressed interest in jointly developing gigawatt-scale orbital AI computing capacity. Earlier, Soochow Securities noted that DRINDA is actively expanding into satellite and space photovoltaic sectors to create new growth drivers. The company has taken stakes in related firms and partnered on perovskite and CPI film technologies. Through its subsidiary Jietai Aerospace, DRINDA is accelerating R&D and pilot production of CPI film and perovskite-crystalline silicon tandem products, while advancing technical exchanges and sample testing with domestic and international clients. The company also acquired a 60% stake in Shanghai Fuyao Xinghe Aerospace Technology, indirectly gaining control of Shanghai Xuntian Qianhe. DRINDA currently holds substantial orders covering remote sensing, communication, and computing satellites, and can provide in-orbit verification resources for space photovoltaics.
