The transfer was executed at HKD 0 per share, reflecting the nature of share-award allocations rather than a market transaction.

The company confirmed that all regulatory and listing requirements were fully satisfied and noted that there were no share repurchases, redemptions, or on-market sales of treasury shares during the period.
