**State Grid Corporation of China:**

① The "Pumped Storage and New Energy Business Department" within headquarters departments and related institutions has been abolished

② Xinyuan Group and Xinyuan Holdings have been reorganized into State Grid Pumped Storage Business Department (Xinyuan Group, Xinyuan Holdings), and are now listed as the first among directly affiliated units

③ The former "State Grid Corporation of China Information & Telecommunication Branch" and "State Grid Corporation of China Big Data Center" have been merged and reorganized into State Grid Corporation of China Information & Telecommunication Center (Big Data Center)

**China Southern Power Grid:**

① "Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group" has been renamed to "Central Commission for Discipline Inspection and National Supervisory Commission Stationed Southern Power Grid Discipline Inspection and Supervision Group"

② "Enterprise Architecture and Standardization Department" has been expanded to "Enterprise Architecture and Standardization Department (Brand Management Department)"

③ Energy storage has been added and incorporated into the transmission and distribution department, with "Transmission and Distribution Department" expanded to "Transmission, Distribution and Energy Storage Department"

④ A new "Engineering Construction Department" has been established

⑤ The directly affiliated "Power Dispatch and Control Center" has been renamed to "China Southern Power Dispatch and Control Center"
