Skyworth Group (00751) has announced its financial results for the six months ended June 30, 2026, with total revenue reaching RMB 38.035 billion, a year-on-year increase of 4.9%. The company's profit attributable to equity holders stood at RMB 624 million, surging 399.2% compared to the same period last year, with earnings per share of RMB 0.3305.

During the first half of 2026, revenue from the Chinese mainland market amounted to approximately RMB 27.812 billion, reflecting a 1.7% decline from RMB 28.29 billion in the corresponding period of the previous year. In the smart home appliances segment, the group benefited from an upgraded product mix and the rising penetration of high-value-added own-brand products, which collectively underpinned resilient gross margin performance. However, external factors such as global supply chain constraints and tariff fluctuations continued to exert pressure on the costs of certain electronic components and raw materials.

Meanwhile, the modern services business recorded an improvement in gross margin year-on-year, providing positive support to the group's overall profitability. On the other hand, the new energy business, a core contributor to the group's revenue, has been optimizing its financing model and refining operational efficiency to enhance margin levels during the period. Nevertheless, due to the inherent characteristics of this business segment, its gross margin remains lower than that of traditional home appliance operations, thereby diluting the group's consolidated gross margin to a certain extent.
