HRnetGroup Limited announced the sale of 250,000 treasury shares on May, 8 2026 to enhance trading liquidity and increase its free float.

Following the transaction, the company’s treasury shareholding fell to 20,052,606 shares, or 2.02% of its issued share capital, from 20,302,606 shares, or 2.05%, before the sale.

The disposal raised about 0.18 million Singapore dollars.
