HENLIUS Surges Over 8% on Pakistan Approval and Inclusion in National Essential Drug List

HENLIUS (02696) saw its shares jump more than 8% in morning trading, with the stock last changing hands at HK$64.80, representing an 8.56% gain, and turnover reaching HK$20.10 million.

On the news front, the company recently announced, via its official WeChat account, that its commercial partner Getz Pharma (Private) Limited ("Getz Pharma") has received the relevant registration certificate. This confirms that HENLIUS's self-developed and manufactured product, Han Dayuan (adalimumab), has been granted marketing approval by the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan (DRAP), with the trade name Adaliget. The approval covers all indications that the originator adalimumab holds in the local market.

With this approval, Han Dayuan becomes the company's eighth product to receive overseas marketing authorization, following other products such as Han Qu You (trastuzumab, tradenames Zercepac in Europe and HERCESSI in the US), H drug Hans Zhuang (serplulimab, tradename Hetronifly in Europe), Han Bei You (pertuzumab, tradename Poherdy in Europe and the US), and Han Bei Tai (bevacizumab).

Additionally, Han Dayuan was included in the National Essential Drug List (2026 Edition) of China in July 2026.
