On August 5, Kintor Pharma's subsidiary, Suzhou Kintor, entered into a strategic partnership with Shanghai Kangmei, a unit of Libao Kangmei, focusing on the application and transformation of the functional ingredient KT-939 in the cosmetics sector. The collaboration covers areas such as formulation development, process validation, and ODM/OEM manufacturing, aiming to promote the standardized application and industrial transformation of related innovations in cosmetics.
Suzhou Kintor will leverage its advantages in functional ingredient research and development, while Shanghai Kangmei will contribute its expertise in cosmetic formula development, sample preparation, process scaling, quality management, and large-scale manufacturing. The framework agreement with Shanghai Kangmei is designed to establish a long-term, stable strategic partnership, fully exploiting the complementary strengths of both parties in innovative raw material R&D and skincare product development and production. This aims to accelerate the market transformation of the functional cosmetic ingredient KT-939 and expand its business footprint.
