On March 12, the company announced that it had secured a strategic investment of HK$350 million from well-known investors Gong Hongjia and Li Ying. Following the completion of this fundraising, the capital will be allocated across three key areas: 60% will support strategic investments, mergers, and acquisitions at the group level; 30% will be used to accelerate the upgrade of AI applications and the expansion of overseas business; and the remaining 10% will support group operations and promote sustainable growth. Gong Hongjia, a highly influential technology entrepreneur and angel investor in China, is often referred to as the "Godfather of AI Investment in China." His firm, Jiadao Private Capital, has long focused on cutting-edge hard technology sectors, with forward-looking investments in artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and healthcare. Public records indicate that Li Ying previously served as a core executive at ByteDance and its numerous affiliated companies. Leveraging its strong core mobile ecosystem and self-sustaining game advertising business, WANKA ONLINE stands to gain significantly from the combined involvement of Gong Hongjia and Li Ying. This partnership brings not only capital but also deep integration of industry resources, strategic vision, and innovative ideas, empowering the group to seize opportunities in the AI industry transformation and enter a new phase of rapid development.
