Rimbaco Group Global Limited has rescheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) from 31 March 2026 to 6 March 2026, citing administrative reasons. Accordingly, the register of members will now be closed from 3 March 2026 through 6 March 2026, during which no share transfers will be processed. Shareholders intending to attend and vote at the AGM must lodge their share transfer forms by 2 March 2026.

For the final dividend, the register of members will be closed from 12 March 2026 to 16 March 2026. Subject to AGM approval, shareholders recorded on the register as of 16 March 2026 will be entitled to receive the final dividend on 25 March 2026. All other information in the previous announcement remains unchanged, and the official circular and notice will be dispatched in due course.
