The specific changes include: Wu Yuehua has been appointed as Director of the Security Capability Office, relieved of his previous position as Director of the Engineering Construction Office; Tian Ning has been appointed as Director of the Platform Capability Office (on a temporary assignment), having previously served as General Manager of the Cloud Network Operations Department at Jiangsu Telecom; Ying Jun has been appointed as Director of the Engineering Construction Office (on a temporary assignment), previously holding the position of General Manager of the Cloud Network Development Department at Jiangsu Telecom; Yan Fei has been appointed as Deputy Director of the Engineering Construction Office, relieved of his former role as Deputy Director of the Platform Capability Office; Huang Kaitao has been relieved of his position as Director of the Security Capability Office (on a temporary assignment), having originally served as General Manager of the Shanghai Baoshan Telecom Bureau Branch.
