On September 5th, the project launch meeting and implementation plan review conference for the "Research on Key Technologies for Intelligent Supervision and Linkage Early Warning of Commercial Banks" under the key special project "Social Governance and Smart Society Technology Support (Safe China)" led by Postal Savings Bank of China was held in Beijing. Over 50 participants attended the meeting, including project responsibility experts, plan review experts, task leaders and researchers. Niu Xinzhuang, Deputy Governor of PSBC, served as project leader and presented the implementation plan. The meeting also specially invited relevant leaders from the People's Bank of China, China 21st Century Agenda Management Center and other institutions to provide guidance.
At the meeting, Niu Xinzhuang provided a detailed introduction to the project's research background, overall objectives and technical roadmap. He stated that PSBC will live up to the national trust and expectations from all parties, consolidate the core advantages of all participating institutions, and establish an intelligent supervision and linkage early warning mechanism that is "recognizable, collaborative, and evolutionary" to ensure the project achieves its predetermined goals successfully.
Task leaders reported their respective implementation plans, and the expert panel gave full recognition to the project research and provided constructive opinions on key technology breakthroughs and practical application of results.
The successful convening of the launch meeting marks that the "Research on Key Technologies for Intelligent Supervision and Linkage Early Warning of Commercial Banks" project has officially entered the implementation phase. Moving forward, PSBC will join hands with all participating institutions to continuously deepen industry-academia-research-application collaborative innovation, accelerate the implementation of various research tasks, and inject strong technological momentum for promoting high-quality financial development and supporting the construction of a financial powerhouse.
