The board of BANK OF JIUJIANG (06190) has announced a new appointment following a recent employee representative assembly.

On June 4, 2026, the assembly passed a resolution to elect Ms. Hu Minzi as an employee director for the bank's eighth-term board.

Ms. Hu will serve alongside the non-employee directors who will be elected at the bank's 2025 annual general meeting of shareholders, collectively forming the eighth board of directors.

Her term of office is set to commence from the date the national financial regulatory authority approves her director qualification and will last until the conclusion of the eighth board's term. Upon expiry, she will be eligible for re-election.
