JF SmartInvest Holdings Ltd has announced a final ordinary dividend of HKD 0.36 per share for the financial year ended 31 December 2025, according to the company’s disclosure dated 26 March 2026.

The dividend is subject to forthcoming shareholder approval, with the ex-dividend date, record date, book-closure period and payment date yet to be announced. Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited will continue to act as share registrar.
