Blue River Holdings (00498) announced that on February 2, 2026, the company and Wuhan Energy Reserve Operation Investment Co., Ltd. (Energy Storage Investment Company) have entered into a non-legally binding cooperative framework agreement. The two parties will explore deepening the resource-sharing platform and cooperation in the following areas, aiming to establish a collaborative hub: (including but not limited to) the construction and operation of liquefied natural gas (LNG) storage facilities, undertaking the "Marine Gas Entering the Yangtze" initiative, leveraging the Yangtze River's golden waterway to open up inland transportation channels for imported LNG, supporting projects and coal trade, and ultimately improving the upstream and downstream supply chain to generate synergistic effects (hereinafter referred to as the "Cooperation").
