ALPHAMAB-B Buys Back 35,000 Shares, Lifts Treasury Stock to 7.75 Million

Alphamab Oncology (ALPHAMAB-B) disclosed a small-scale share repurchase executed on 25 September 2026 under its existing buyback mandate.

• Transaction details: 35,000 ordinary shares were bought on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange at prices ranging from HKD 8.20 to HKD 8.34, representing a volume-weighted average of HKD 8.29. Total consideration amounted to HKD 0.29 million.

• Capital structure impact: – Issued shares (excluding treasury shares) declined 0.0036% to 966.63 million. – Treasury shares rose to 7.75 million, while total issued shares stayed unchanged at 974.38 million.

• Mandate utilisation: Since shareholders approved a 96.85 million-share buyback authority on 12 June 2026, Alphamab has repurchased 1.87 million shares, equating to 0.19% of the issued share count at the mandate date.

• Post-repurchase restriction: In line with Hong Kong listing rules, the company is restricted from issuing new shares or disposing of treasury shares until 25 October 2026.

The company confirmed that all repurchases complied with Main Board Rule 10.06 and that no changes have been made to the explanatory statement filed in May 2026.
