MoneyMax Financial Services Ltd. said shareholders at its extraordinary general meeting on Mar, 19 2026 approved all resolutions, including a transfer of the company’s listing from Catalist to the Main Board of Singapore Exchange.

The special resolution for the listing transfer was passed with 100.00% of the 795.7 million votes cast in favour and none against.

Investors also backed amendments to the MoneyMax Performance Share Plan 2024, with 100.00% of 572.7 million eligible votes in support. Shareholders who are participants in the plan, representing 223.0 million shares, abstained from voting in line with Catalist Rules.

A third resolution authorising the company to issue and allot up to 88.5 million new shares for a compliance placement—intended to meet the Main Board’s minimum 15% public float requirement—was approved with 99.98% of votes in favour. The placement price may be set at up to a 10% discount to the volume-weighted average price on the day a placement agreement is signed.

The board said there is no fixed timeline for the share placement and a placement agent has yet to be appointed. Management added that while Main Board listing costs will be higher than those on Catalist, they are not expected to be material relative to overall expenses, and the move is aimed at widening the investor base and supporting future growth in Singapore and Malaysia.

The meeting concluded at 11:00 a.m. with all resolutions declared carried.
