Frasers Logistics & Commercial Trust (FLCT) said on Apr, 22 2026 that its trustee, Perpetual (Asia) Limited, has signed a US$55 million facility agreement with The Bank of East Asia, Limited, Singapore Branch.

The agreement requires mandatory prepayment if FLCT’s manager resigns, is removed without a regulator-approved replacement, or if Frasers Property Limited loses its majority stake in the manager. In such a case, the lender may cancel the facility and demand immediate repayment of all outstanding amounts.

FLCT added that none of these events has occurred. Should a breach trigger cross-default provisions in other borrowings, facilities totalling about 2.4045 billion Singapore dollars could be affected, excluding undrawn commitments and future debt issuances.
