Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited and The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited have stated that they take no responsibility for the contents of an announcement from Winshine Science Company Limited (stock code: 209), dated 17 October 2025. According to the announcement, Ms. Yu Nga Yan has resigned as the Company Secretary and ceased to be an authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules and for service of process under Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance in Hong Kong.

Ms. Yu confirmed no disagreement with the Board and no matters relating to her resignation that need to be brought to the attention of shareholders.
