SIIC Environment Announces Proposed Internal Restructuring at Parent Level

SIIC Environment Holdings Ltd. (BHK) disclosed that on Oct, 13 2025 the Shanghai Municipal Government proposed to transfer the registered ownership of its direct controlling shareholder, Shanghai Industrial (Group) Co., Ltd., to Jinzhong International Holdings Ltd.

The company stated that Shanghai Municipal Government will continue to ultimately own 100% of Shanghai Industrial Group, Shanghai Industrial entities and Jinzhong, so the ultimate control of SIIC Environment will remain unchanged after completion.

The proposed internal restructuring has not yet been completed as of the announcement date of Oct, 14 2025. SIIC Environment said it will release further updates in line with listing requirements and advised shareholders and investors to exercise caution when trading its securities.
