KAISA GROUP (29 April 2026) has published its 2025 Annual Report in both English and Chinese on the company website (www.kaisagroup.com) and the HKEXnews portal (www.hkexnews.hk). Printed copies have been dispatched to shareholders who previously opted for hard-copy materials.

In line with Rule 2.07 of the Hong Kong Listing Rules, the Board confirmed the adoption of an electronic-only model for all future corporate communications. Both language versions will be accessible online, replacing routine printed distribution.

Non-registered shareholders are advised to provide functional email addresses to their respective banks, brokers, custodians or other intermediaries to receive electronic notifications of new publications. Without a valid email on file, investors will need to monitor the company and HKEXnews websites directly for updates.

Shareholders who prefer hard copies may submit a written or email request to the company’s Hong Kong share registrar, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited, at Hopewell Centre, Wan Chai, to continue receiving printed materials at no cost.
