Parkway Life Real Estate Investment Trust announced on Apr, 1 2026 that a liquidator has been appointed to carry out a member’s voluntary liquidation of its indirect wholly-owned Malaysian subsidiary, Parkway Life Malaysia Sdn. Bhd.

The manager, Parkway Trust Management Limited, said the unit is being wound up because it is no longer active in business operations. The liquidation is not expected to have any material impact on Parkway Life REIT’s consolidated net tangible assets or distributions per unit for the financial year ending Dec, 31 2026.
