Sinotruk (Hong Kong) Limited reported that Mr. Mats Lennart Harborn resigned as a non-executive director, effective at the conclusion of the Board meeting on 26 August 2026, citing changes in work arrangements.

Mr. Harborn confirmed there is no disagreement with the Board and no issues requiring shareholder attention in relation to his departure. The Board conveyed its sincere gratitude for his contribution during his tenure.

Following the resignation, Sinotruk’s Board comprises: • Seven executive directors – Liu Zhengtao (Chairman), Liu Wei, Li Xia, Han Feng, Zhao Hua, Wang Dechun, and Han Xing. • Two non-executive directors – Cheng Guangxu and Karsten Oellers. • Five independent non-executive directors – Dr. Wang Dengfeng, Zhao Hang, Lyu Shousheng, Zhang Zhong, and Dr. Liu Xiaolun.
