Truly International (00732) announced that on January 9, 2026, its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Truly Optoelectronic, along with Optoelectronic Renshou, entered into a capital increase agreement with the group's associate company, Truly Renshou. Pursuant to this agreement, Truly Optoelectronic has consented to inject a total of RMB 500 million into Optoelectronic Renshou, while Truly Renshou has agreed to contribute a total of RMB 340 million. As of the date of this announcement, Optoelectronic Renshou is wholly owned by Truly Optoelectronic, which has already injected a total of RMB 10 million. Following the completion of the capital increase agreement, the company's equity stake in Optoelectronic Renshou will decrease from 100% to 60%. Optoelectronic Renshou plans to invest in a project for a display component and module production line. The execution of the capital increase agreement and the subsequent capital injection are in line with this plan and will provide the necessary funding for the production line project.
