Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing data reveals that on August 20, the Chair and Chief Executive Officer increased their holding in GBG HOLDINGS (08372) by 200,000 shares.

The shares were acquired at a price of HKD 0.135 each, bringing the total transaction value to HKD 27,000. Following this purchase, the executive's aggregate shareholding now stands at approximately 568 million shares, representing a 71.05% stake in the company.

The transaction also involved related party Miu Yin Shun as a connected party.
