Recently, PACIFIC LEGEND announced that all conditions under the placement agreement had been fulfilled, and the placement was completed on December 19, 2025. The placing agent successfully allocated a total of 98.52 million placement shares at HK$0.118 per share to no fewer than six placees under the general mandate and in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement.
