On 18 June 2026, AGTech Holdings Limited issued a formal notice to non-registered shareholders confirming that the English and Chinese versions of its Annual Report 2025/26 and the ESG Report 2025/26 have been published on the company’s website (www.agtech.com) and on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange’s HKEXnews platform (www.hkexnews.hk).

The company recommends stakeholders access these reports in electronic format (“Website Version”) to facilitate timely review and support paperless communication. Shareholders experiencing difficulty with online access, or those preferring hard copies, may obtain printed versions free of charge by submitting a signed request form to the Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, at 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or via email (8279-ecom@vistra.com). A prepaid mailing label is provided for returns within Hong Kong.

Non-registered shareholders will receive publication notifications only if their email or postal details are supplied to the company by their respective intermediaries—banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited. AGTech encourages shareholders to furnish functional email addresses to these intermediaries to ensure prompt electronic communication.
