Hong Kong’s Takeovers Executive disclosed a transaction under Rule 22 of the Takeovers Code relating to the proposed privatisation of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. by way of scheme of arrangement.

On 18 March 2026, CITIC Securities Company Limited—classified as a Class (5) associate of the offeror—purchased 200 A-shares of ENN Natural Gas through dealings in pre-existing index-tracking ETFs. The shares were acquired at a unit price of RMB21.90, resulting in a total cash outlay of RMB4,380. The highest and lowest execution prices were identical at RMB21.90.

The purchase was executed for CITIC Securities’ own account and does not involve any sale transactions. The disclosure forms part of the monitoring process for share dealings during the privatisation exercise involving ENN Energy (02688) and its mainland affiliate, ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd.
