From September 17 to 18, Feng Hongqing, Party Secretary of the Huangqiao Street Party Working Committee in Xiangcheng District, Suzhou, led a delegation to Hangzhou for investment promotion and inspection activities. The trip focused on business negotiations, cooperation advancement, and culminated in the signing of five projects, injecting robust momentum into Huangqiao's drive to cultivate new quality productive forces.
The delegation included Zhang Hong, member of the Street Party Working Committee and Director of the Comprehensive Service Center, Zhou Qi, member of the Street Party Working Committee, along with principal officials from the National Economic Company and the Economic and Financial Office. During the visit, they engaged with several key enterprises, starting with Hangzhou Shiyan Holding Group, a company deeply rooted in digital economy, whole-domain e-commerce, artificial intelligence, OPC entrepreneurship, and industry-education integration.
At Hangzhou Shiyan Holding Group, the delegation studied the company's advanced experience in urban digital-physical integration and held in-depth discussions on collaborative projects. An on-site signing ceremony was held for the "AI + OPC New Quality Industry Base" project. This initiative aims to introduce various AI application scenarios, fostering deep integration of AI with healthcare, education, and digital wellness, while actively building an OPC startup community.
The delegation then visited H3C Group, where discussions centered on establishing an AI industry innovation base, leading to a cooperation signing ceremony for the project. This venture will leverage H3C's server and platform advantages to construct a complete AI ecosystem covering large model training, intelligent agent development, computing power services, and data governance. It will also drive full-chain intelligent upgrades across smart factories, achieving deep implementation of AI technologies in industrial scenarios.
At Alibaba Cloud Computing Co., Ltd., the delegation toured and learned about Alibaba's Tongyi large model, the Duiyou AI design platform, and the global cross-border design ecosystem. A signing ceremony was held for the Alibaba Cloud AIGC Design Innovation Center project. This initiative will provide lightweight, low-cost, and highly efficient design services to manufacturing enterprises, foreign trade merchants, and OPC entrepreneurs, while also conducting design talent training, startup incubation, industry matchmaking, and result commercialization to help local businesses enhance product added value and establish a regional benchmark for AI design innovation and cross-border services.
The delegation also visited Zhejiang Bianque Health Technology Co., Ltd., where they inspected the company's digitalized application scenarios and gained a detailed understanding of its technical strengths in medical big data governance and smart health platform construction. An AI Digital Health project signing ceremony was held during the visit. This project, grounded in data security and compliance and driven by artificial intelligence, aims to support the digitalization of medical services in the Suzhou region and explore practical pathways for cross-regional health data interoperability and smart healthcare implementation in the Yangtze River Delta.
Additionally, the delegation engaged with the Boao AI Major Disease Early Screening and Health Management Center. The center's global promotion platform relies on Alibaba DAMO Academy's "one-scan-multi-check" medical AI technology, which enables rapid screening based on plain CT scans. It simultaneously alerts examinees to multiple high-incidence cancers and chronic diseases, identifying millimeter-level micro lesions, and has received dual certification from NMPA and FDA. Following discussions, the two sides signed a cooperation agreement for the AI Major Disease Early Screening Center project. This project will bring the globally leading Boao AI early screening system to Huangqiao, jointly building the Yangtze River Delta's first closed-loop health service system encompassing AI multi-cancer early screening, full-lifecycle health management, and referral services for specialty cancer drugs, forming a cooperation model that combines cutting-edge technology, clinical authority, and industrial implementation.
Furthermore, the delegation visited Zhejiang Gachia Technology Co., Ltd., where they gained insights into products such as autonomous mobile robots, unmanned forklifts, and embodied intelligent mobile chassis. Discussions were held regarding application cooperation in high-end manufacturing scenarios, including semiconductors, 3C electronics, new energy, automotive manufacturing, and power energy, as they explored opportunities for project implementation.
Huangqiao Street will continue to track the implementation of these signed projects, foster a first-class business environment to support the growth and development of enterprises, and employ a "chain-based investment" strategy to cultivate an AI industry cluster, striving to write a new chapter of high-quality development.
