According to the latest information from the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, on December 30, a shareholder of DOBOT (02432) transferred shares from China Securities Depository and Clearing Hong Kong to Citibank, with the transferred shares valued at HK$1.01 billion, accounting for 7.57% of the holdings.

DOBOT announced that on December 29, 2025, the company's Board of Directors declared that, in order to drive business development, enhance its overall competitiveness, and ensure the achievement of operational goals and long-term development strategies, the company has decided to initiate a plan for an initial public offering of Renminbi ordinary shares and listing on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

The Board of Directors has resolved and approved the commencement of work related to the proposed A-share listing.

Regarding the proposed A-share listing, the company has appointed a pre-listing辅导 institution and has submitted the registration application for pre-listing辅导 for the A-share offering.

As of the date of the announcement, apart from the information disclosed herein, the Board of Directors has not approved any other plans concerning the proposed A-share listing, nor has it submitted any application to the relevant regulatory authorities in China or any other region for the proposed A-share listing.
