Following the conclusion of its Annual General Meeting, RADIANCE GLO GP (08208) has announced a significant change to its board composition.

Dr. Chen Tinghui, Mr. Wu Chengjian, and Mr. Long Jihui have each stepped down from their roles as independent non-executive directors.

Concurrently, Mr. Leung Ka Wai, Mr. Dong Xinjian, and Mr. Chen Yuquan have been formally appointed as independent non-executive directors, effective immediately from the close of the AGM.

Changes to Board Committees

The departure of the three outgoing directors and the appointment of the three new ones has triggered a comprehensive reshuffle of the company's board committees.

Dr. Chen Tinghui has ceased to serve as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee and as a member of both the Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee.

Mr. Wu Chengjian has stepped down from his position as Chairman of the Audit Committee and his membership on the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Mr. Long Jihui is no longer the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and has left his posts on the Nomination and Audit Committees.

In the new appointments, Mr. Leung Ka Wai has assumed the role of Chairman of the Audit Committee and has become a member of both the Nomination and Remuneration Committees.

Mr. Dong Xinjian has taken over as Chairman of the Nomination Committee and has joined the Remuneration and Audit Committees as a member.

Mr. Chen Yuquan has been appointed Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and has also become a member of the Nomination and Audit Committees.
