TEXWINCA HOLD: Bun Chak Poon Acquires Shares, Long Position Rises to 56.04%

On August 13, 2026, Bun Chak Poon bought 504,000 shares of TEXWINCA HOLD (00321) at an average of HKD 1.08 per share, involving about HKD 544,320.

Prior to the acquisition, Bun Chak Poon's long position in TEXWINCA HOLD was 773.84 million shares, representing 56.01%; following the acquisition, the holding changed to 774.34 million shares, with the long position ratio rising to 56.04%.
