Miricor Keeps Share Capital Steady in October, Confirms Sufficient Public Float

Bulletin Express
11/02

Miricor Enterprises Holdings Limited reported no changes in its share capital structure for the month ended 31 October 2026, according to the company’s latest monthly return filed with Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited on 2 November 2026.

The authorised share capital remained at 2.00 billion ordinary shares with a par value of HKD 0.01, translating into HKD 20.00 million in total authorised capital. Issued shares also stayed unchanged at 400.00 million, and the company did not hold any treasury shares during the period. Consequently, total issued share capital continued to stand at HKD 4.00 million based on par value.

Miricor confirmed compliance with Main Board Rule 13.32D regarding public float, maintaining at least the 25% minimum threshold of issued shares held by the public.

Under the 2026 Share Option Scheme, approved on 18 September 2026, no share options were outstanding or exercised during the month. Nonetheless, the scheme allows for the potential issuance of up to 40.00 million new ordinary shares, representing 10.00% of current issued capital should the options be fully granted and exercised in the future.

No warrants, convertible securities, Hong Kong depositary receipts, or other equity-linked instruments were outstanding or issued in October. There were also no repurchases, cancellations, or redemptions of shares.

The filing was authorised by Company Secretary Lo Tai On. Miricor’s unchanged capital position and adherence to public float requirements underscore a stable equity profile heading into the remainder of the financial year.
