Huisheng International Holdings Limited announced on 28 May 2026 that the English and Chinese versions of its latest Circular and Notice of Annual General Meeting (collectively referred to as the Current Corporate Communication) have been published on both the company’s website (www.hsihl.com) and the HKEX news website (www.hkexnews.hk).

Non-registered shareholders who experience difficulty accessing the electronic documents, or who prefer hard copies, may obtain printed versions free of charge by submitting the prescribed Request Form to the company’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, Tricor Investor Services Limited, 17/F, Far East Finance Centre, 16 Harcourt Road, Hong Kong, or by email to 1340-ecom@vistra.com.

Shareholders holding their shares through banks, brokers, custodians, nominees or HKSCC Nominees Limited are advised to provide a functional email address to these intermediaries if they wish to receive electronic notifications of future corporate communications. In the absence of a valid email address, only printed notices of publication will be dispatched.
