Prudential plc announced the purchase of 249,043 of its ordinary shares on 17 February 2026 from JP Morgan Securities plc under the authority granted by shareholders at the 2025 Annual General Meeting. The lowest purchase price was £10.88 per share, the highest was £11.03 per share, and the average price stood at £10.98 per share.

These repurchased shares will be cancelled. After this transaction, the total number of shares in issue is 2.54 billion, reflecting the updated total number of voting rights. Prudential plc is listed on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong under the stock code 2378, as well as on other international exchanges.
