Jinshang Bank Co., Ltd. (the Bank) has officially announced the completion of a connected transaction related to an Asset Transfer Agreement. According to the announcement, which was first referenced on August 27, 2025, all conditions precedent were fulfilled on February 11, 2026, marking the official closing date of the transaction.

Under this arrangement, Jinyang AMC assumes responsibility for all losses, liabilities, and risks associated with the relevant assets, as well as any reasonable expenses arising from their management and disposal. The proceeds from these transferred assets are designated for replenishing the general working capital of the Bank.
