Registered shareholders who previously requested hard copies will receive printed documents with the current mailing, while others are encouraged to review the materials online.

Shareholders encountering difficulties with email alerts or website access may obtain printed copies of current and future corporate communications by completing the enclosed Change Request Form and returning it to Tricor Investor Services Limited, Greenheart Group’s Hong Kong branch share registrar, by post (pre-paid label provided) or by email to 94-ecom@vistra.com.

The company underscores that shareholders bear responsibility for supplying a functional email address. Until a valid address is provided, notices of publication and any actionable corporate communications will be sent in hard-copy form.
