Over these 140 years, modes of transportation have been continually redefined, and the world has been reconnected time and again.

The "140 Years of Mercedes-Benz" campaign commemorates the historic moment on January 29, 1886, when Karl Benz filed the patent application for the Benz Patent-Motorwagen.

Notably, a host of automotive companies including Xiaomi Auto, Li Auto, NIO, Geely Auto, Cadillac, and Audi extended their congratulations. Lei Jun also posted a message expressing respect for the industry pioneer and wishing Mercedes-Benz a happy 140th birthday.
